KEVIN W. DINNIE -  MANAGING PARTNER & FOUNDER

Kevin has more than 30 years of real estate investment and management experience spanning North America, Europe and Asia.  He has overseen investments totaling over $80B in asset value across the office, retail, residential, hotel and industrial property sectors. 

Prior to founding Kingston Hill Partners, Kevin was a Managing Director at The Blackstone Group's real estate business, where he led the firm's efforts in the asset management of opportunistic retail and residential investments in North and South America.  While at Blackstone he also served as the Head of Asset Management of the Core Plus investment funds. 

Before joining Blackstone, Kevin was a Managing Director at Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners, where he was a member of the Management Committee and served as the Global Head of Asset Management. 

Prior to Lehman, he was a Managing Director with GE Capital Real Estate serving as the head of European Risk and Asset Management. 

Kevin began his career in real estate with Andersen Consulting's Real Estate Consulting Group.  He holds a B.A. and MBA in Finance from The University of Connecticut.
